My Teaching Philosophy I, Cindy Janssen, believe that each student needs a safe haven and stimulating environment to learn and mature socially, emotionally, and intelligently. I believe learning needs to be student centered, and they need to be an equal partner in the learning process. I believe, I should lead by example to help foster critical thinking, problem-solving, respect, and long-life learning skills. I believe, I should encourage personal best through encouragement and building self-esteem. I believe that they are our future, and that I can help mold and create a productive person to enjoy life and be a productive part of a society. This is my teaching philosophy as I see it today.
