Mr. Cris Medina  


Hi my name is Cris Medina also known as "Captain Medina"
I am one of the three English teachers at Wabasha-Kellogg High School.
I have been teaching at Wabasha-Kellogg since 2001.  This will my twentieth year of teaching at Wabasha-Kellogg High School.

I grew up in Leadville, Colorado and graduated from Lake County High School in 1993.  I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Northern Colorado with secondary teaching degrees in English and Theatre.  I taught for two years in Boulder, Colorado before moving to Wabasha in 2001. In 2003, I earned my Masters Degree in Teaching and Learning from St. Mary's University.  

In addition to teaching English and performance classes at Wabasha-Kellogg, I am the director of the drama program.  I direct the Fall Play, One Act Play, and Spring Musical.  I am the advisor to the Drama Club and help supervise/facilitate our Elementary Play

In my free time I am enjoy reading, working out,  learning new technology, writing, acting, directing,and watching television and movies.
